The service
Shiorly is a cross-platform bookmark manager and sync tool. You can use it locally without logging in; after signing in you can sync bookmarks to the cloud, keep them consistent across devices, and retain version history. We offer a free tier and paid tiers; the exact features and quotas are as described in the service and may change.
Your account
Cloud sync requires registering an account. Please provide accurate information, keep your credentials safe, and take responsibility for activity under your account. You must meet the minimum age to enter into a contract where you live.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to access others’ data or our systems without authorization, or to disrupt the service or circumvent quotas by abnormal means. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
Subscriptions & payment
Paid tiers are offered as subscriptions; orders and payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, whose terms and privacy policy also apply to your purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions auto-renew each period and you may cancel before the renewal date. For refunds, see the Refund Policy.
Your data
The bookmark data you create or sync belongs to you. To provide sync, merge, and version features, you grant us permission to store and process this data for the purpose of operating the service; this permission ends when you delete the data or close your account.
“As is” & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranty of uninterrupted operation or that data will never be lost — we recommend keeping your own local backups. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; our cumulative liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the past 12 months. Liability that cannot be excluded by law is not affected.
Termination
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate access. After termination, data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
